Leading our efforts on the ground in the Congo as well as in Seattle is Floribert Mubalama. Floribert is widely recognized for his voice in advocating for causes impacting life in the Congo. As the leader of the Congolese Integration Network, Floribert has a track record of success which has helped to shape Congolese-American relations.
